LIDA

Community Guidelines

Clear boundaries for private circles and familiar conversations.

Lida is an adult-only service for small groups of people who already know one another. These Guidelines apply to Circle profiles and covers, invitation codes, text messages, audio Lounges, one-to-one video calls, reports, and support communications.

Private spaces still require consent, privacy, and lawful conduct. Each user is responsible for their own account and behavior. Circle Owners must use membership tools fairly.

CORE EXPECTATIONS

Use Lida only if you are at least 18 years old.

Invite adults you know and protect Circle invitation codes.

Respect consent, privacy, and personal boundaries in text, audio, and video.

Never share exploitative, hateful, threatening, illegal, or deceptive content.

Report serious risks and block unwanted contact.

Emergency note. Lida is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

01  Adult Use and Account Integrity

Lida is available only to users aged 18 or older.

Do not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, misrepresent your age, share credentials, impersonate another person, or use multiple accounts to evade a block or removal.

Share Circle invitation codes only with intended adult members. Do not publish, sell, scrape, or mass-distribute them.

02  Protection of Minors and CSAE

Lida has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, or CSAE.

Never create, request, possess, share, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual contact involving a minor.

Suspected CSAE may result in immediate account action, evidence preservation, and reports to legally designated child-safety organizations or law enforcement.

SAFE AND RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

03  Consent and Personal Boundaries

Participation in any conversation, Lounge, or video call must be voluntary and ongoing.

Do not pressure someone to reply, join or remain in a call, turn on a microphone or camera, reveal personal information, perform an act, or spend Sofa Coins.

Stop direct contact, sexual discussion, recording, or other activity when consent is refused or withdrawn.

04  Harassment, Hate, and Sexual Abuse

Do not target, degrade, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit another person.

Harassment, stalking, blackmail, doxxing, credible threats, slurs, dehumanizing stereotypes, hate-group support, unwanted explicit content, sexual coercion, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.

A threat presented as a joke may still violate these Guidelines when it could reasonably frighten or intimidate someone.

05  Violence, Self-Harm, and Illegal Activity

Lida must not be used to promote, coordinate, or provide operational help for serious harm or crime.

Do not threaten violence, encourage suicide or self-injury, glorify terrorist or extremist violence, traffic people, sell illegal goods, distribute malware, or run scams.

Supportive discussion and requests for help are allowed, but graphic encouragement, instructions, challenges, or targeted pressure are not.

CONTENT AND COMMUNICATION

06  UGC, Rights, and Privacy

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it.

UGC includes profile details, Circle names and covers, text, report descriptions, and material displayed or spoken during audio or video interactions.

Do not expose sensitive personal data, impersonate others, share confidential or copyrighted material without permission, or distribute screenshots in ways that violate consent, privacy, or law.

07  Text Chat and Safety Filters

Circle text chat is for lawful, respectful communication among members.

Do not send prohibited content, repeated unwanted messages, spam, phishing, malicious links, or instructions intended to bypass safety filters.

Text may be screened for basic safety and spam signals. When reporting a message, select the specific message whenever possible.

08  Audio Lounges and Video Calls

Respect who is present, who chooses to speak, and whether each participant continues to consent.

Do not disrupt a Lounge, impersonate someone through voice tools, expose another person through background audio, or pressure someone to enable a camera or reveal surroundings.

Lida does not record or store audio or video content. Do not secretly capture, transcribe, screen-record, stream, rebroadcast, or redistribute a conversation without all required consent and legal authority.

CIRCLES AND PAID FEATURES

09  Circle Owner Responsibilities

Circle Owners manage access but do not have unlimited authority over members.

Owners should protect invitation codes, review credible concerns, remove clearly disruptive members, and avoid retaliatory or discriminatory use of management tools.

Owners must not demand money, private information, sexual content, or off-platform favors as a condition of joining or remaining in a Circle.

10  Sofa Coins, Video Access, and Fraud

Sofa Coins are virtual items for eligible Lida digital features only.

Do not sell, transfer, wager, exchange for cash, or describe Sofa Coins as money, an investment, compensation, or income for another user.

Payment buys access to the video service only. It never buys another person's attention, image, speech, consent, or conduct. Fraudulent purchases, refunds, chargebacks, or payment pressure may be restricted.

REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

11  Blocking, Reporting, and Enforcement

Use available controls to reduce unwanted contact and help Lida review harmful behavior.

Block users you no longer want to interact with. Report the most relevant message, member, Circle, or video session and provide concise context. False or retaliatory reports may result in action.

Lida may issue warnings, remove content, limit features or purchases, suspend a Circle or account, or permanently terminate access. Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.

12  Appeals, Updates, and Contact

Where an appeal is available, contact service@lida.support with relevant account details and a clear explanation.

We may update these Guidelines as Lida, applicable law, safety practices, or platform requirements change. Material updates may be communicated in the App or through a revised effective date.

Questions, safety reports, billing concerns, or complaints may be sent to service@lida.support.

A familiar space still needs clear boundaries.

Protect consent. Protect privacy. Speak up when someone may be at risk.
